Join us for the 2025 Winter Council of Chiefs! This event will kick off our planning for our annual Section Conclave and feature training sessions and other activities for all OA members.

Registration Information
Winter Council of Chiefs Meeting:
The WCOC Meeting will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2025 from 10am – 4pm. Arrowmen interested in attending should contact their lodge adviser to register. The cost for attending the meeting is TBD which includes meeting space, meeting materials, and a buffet lunch. A pizza dinner will be provided for those staying after the meeting for the waterpark or staying overnight.
Weekend Lodging:
Arrowmen may choose to stay overnight Friday night (Jan 31) or Saturday night (Feb 1) or both nights. The cost per room per night is TBD when booked through the Section room block and will be based on a four-person occupancy. Contact your lodge adviser for registration details and to sign up.
