The Order of the Arrow is Scouting’s National Honor Society. Founded in 1915, the OA has recognized Scouts and Scouters who best exemplify the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives for over a century. Today, the service, activities, adventures, and training provided by the OA are models of quality leadership development and programming that enrich, support, and help extend Scouting to America’s youth.

Join us for the 2023 Spring Council of Chiefs and ACT Conference at L.E. Phillips Scout Reservation. We’ll tour the camp’s facilities and finalize our planning for Conclave and take a deep dive into training sessions designed to empower lodge and chapter leaders throughout Section G10 in the ACT Conference.

National Program Scholarships Available

Funding is available for youth participants to attend National Leadership Seminar and OA High Adventure. Ten $100 scholarships are available to help cover registration costs on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional funding may be available from your lodge.
